PANZER MASTTM
PANZER MASTâ„¢
Structure
Panzer MastTM is a steel plate assembly pole, which is assembled by joining tubular component parts made of high-tension steel plates (yield point: 390 N/mm2 or more) into one pole. Each component part is a 2-m-long right circular truncated cone, which can be assembled into electric poles of various strengths and lengths (up to 28 meters), to suit the application. Each component part is hot-dip galvanized on both inner and outer surfaces to ensure a long service life. Panzer MastTM is very easy to assemble and construct because no special tools are needed. |
Applications
Panzer MastTM, with its excellent features and simple design, is suitable for a wide range of applications including power transmission/distribution and communication poles for mountainous and residential areas, lighting poles, antenna poles, and poles for public emergency wireless systems.
According to the required strength, 3 to 18 Panzer MastTM poles can be combined to create structures of the desired shape.
Features
Stylish appearance Panzer MastTM has a beautiful appearance and stylish form, blending in with scenic as well as urban areas. Easy pole construction Panzer MastTM is not only light-weighed but also has a low center of gravity, and the contact area with the ground is large. These advantages allow Panzer MastTM to be constructed without any special foundation work except on damp ground or marshland, minimizing the land area required for pole construction. With no special tools required, Panzer MastTM is quick to construct. Light-weighed and easy to transport Panzer MastTM is extremely light-weighed, weighing only a sixth of concrete poles with the same dimensional strength. Many Panzer MastsTM can be loaded in one truck, leading to transport cost reduction. Easy to store Panzer MastTM is telescopic tube shaped so each component part can be nested into the larger one, meaning that it takes only a little storage space. With all component parts being 2 meters long, the parts can be stored efficiently in the upright position in a warehouse. Easy to remove and relocate Each component part can be separated and disassembled as needed, even after the pole is once assembled. Therefore, poles can be removed and relocated more easily and economically than other types of electric pole. |
